Regardless of the project, we place great weight in gaining an understanding of your business and its processes. This is a relatively easy undertaking given our already wide and deep expertise within the transport infrastructure, traffic, transportation, forestry and energy/vehicle industries. We prioritise our attentiveness and communicativeness during close cooperation with our customers.
We heavily prioritise quality assurance, the use of standards, and implementation using best-practices. We take part in standards and quality projects such as MSI, SIS Stanli, Papinet, TISA, ISO TC211 and Inspire; and have found from experience that these techniques lead to increased effectiveness. In project and application management we use amongst other things, XLPM, pm3 and ITIL, which simplify the collaboration with your business which in turn leads to a quicker result with higher quality.
