Mats Bayard

CEO since 2001. Beside the role as CEO for the Triona group, Mats works as a board member at the University Governing Board at University of Dalarna and the Board of Fleetech AB. Mats reached a Degree of Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration and Economics in 1991 and took part in an Executive MBA program 1997-1999 at Uppsala University.

Mats has previously worked in the Telia group) and the WM-data group (acquired by Logica). During the last year in WM-data with two roles; Director Telecom Industry and General Manager at the subsidiary WM-data eCom. Key competencies are general management of knowledge based organisations, business development and solution selling. Since 1995 Mats has been involved in approx. 10 mergers and acquisitions. That has given Mats experiences of handling different cultural environments, especially in the Nordic countries.
